Grantee, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real property:

The true consideration for this conveyance is $1.00 plus other property or value is a part of the
consideration.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE
SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE
PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING
DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY APPROVED USES AND TO DETERMINE ANY LIMITS ON LAWSUITS

EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
(Easement to be Terminated)
An easement for ingress and egress granted to George F. Ward, Jr. and
Eleanor O. Ward and to Monte C. George and Judy A. George, 60 feet
in width extending through the Ashland Municipal Airport Property from
Dead Indian Memorial Road to the easterly boundary of the Monte and
Judy George property as said property is described in that deed
recorded as instrument number 75-09412 of the Jackson County Deed
Records. Said easement being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a I inch iron pipe, and bronze cap, set in concrete,
located at the East-Southeast corner of Donation Land Claim No. 52,
Township 39 South, Range I East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson
County, Oregon; thence North 0o 14' 15" East, 2048.83 feet; thence
North 82° 30' 00" West, 30.24 feet, to a % inch iron pin, and the True
Point of Beginning; thence continue North 82° 30' 00" West, along the
Northeasterly boundary of tract described in Volume 576, Page 172,
Jackson County, Oregon, Deed Records, 904.72 feet, to a % inch iron
pin; thence North 39° 32' Off' West, along said boundary, 812.76 feet,
to a % inch iron pin; thence North 15° 07' 00" East, 73.56 feet, to a %
inch iron pin; thence South 39° 32' 00" East 831.71 feet, to a % inch
iron pin; thence South 82° 30' 00" East, 873.46 feet, to a % inch iron
pin; thence South 00° 14' 15" West, 60.49 feet, to the True Point of
Beginning.
