The John S. Billings Trust, John S. Billings, Trustee, and Gladys Billings, Trustee,
Grantors, convey and warrant to CITY OF ASHLAND, Grantee, the following real
property described on the attached Exhibit A, free of encumbrances except as
specifically set forth herein.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE
LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR
ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE
TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OR COUNTY, PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY APPROVED USES

A tract of land to be dedicated to the public for street purposes
lying in the Northwest one-quarter of Section 5, Township 39
South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon,
said tract being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Barcel 1 per Partition Plat
No. P-47-1993, according to the official plat thereof, now of
record, in Volume 4, Page 47 of "Record of Partition Plats" of
Jackson County, Oregon and filed as Survey No. 13534 in the
Office of the Jackson County Surveyor; thence along the East line
of said Parcel !, North 00002'36" East, 15.98 feet; thence along
the arc of a 222.37 foot non-tangent radius curve to the left
hav/ng a central angle of 21°48'51", a distance of 84.66 feet
{the long chord of which South 79°08'11" West, 84.15 feet to that
certain boundary line described in Document No. 92-07066,
Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence along said
boundary line South 89:55'01" East (record South 89055'23" East),
82.63 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 886 square feet,
more or less.
