A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PAY SCHEDULE FOR
MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
FISCAL YEAR 1998-99.
The wage adjustment for the five City labor unions is established in the amount
of 3.0 percent.
It is important to maintain salary differentials and avoid compression between
represented employees and the Supervisory/management staff.
It is the desire of the City to maintain its management and confidential pay plan
at a level commensurate with other jurisdictions when recruiting for these
positions.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The pay schedule is hereby modified by 3.0 percent effective July 1,
1998.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code
§2.04.. duly PASSED and ADOPTED this /~' day of ~ , 1998.
