HomeMy WebLinkAbout2243 Amends 2238, 2239, 2240 to Correct Legal DescriptionORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 2238, 2239, AND 2240 TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DES- CRIPTION OF RECENTLY ANNEXED LAND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance Nos. 2238, 2239 and 2240 are hereby amended by replacing the legal description with a new Exhibit "A" as attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION 2. In order that the foregoing land may be added to the tax and assessment rolls for the ensuing fiscal year, it is hereby declared that an emergency exists and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
