AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE INSTALLATION
OF SIDEWALKS ALONG EAST NEVADA STREET AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE
FORMATION OF SUCH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE
OF SUCH DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
