HomeMy WebLinkAbout1994-021 Annexation - Sanchez94-10467 City of Ashland-Engineering Division Irrevocable Consent to Annexation The undersigned, referred to in this document as "Owner" whether singular or plural, owns or is the purchaser under a recorded land sale contract of real property in Jackson County, Oregon, described below and referred to in this document as "the property": Commencing at a point found by measuring North 1233.00 feet from the quarter comer between Sections 14 and 23 in Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County, Oregon, to an intersection with the northerly right-of-way line of Pacific Highway g99, thence South 56° 13' East 385.25 feet, thence North 726.00 feet to the southerly line of Street, thence North 56° 13' West, along said street line, 240.00 feet, thence South 178.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continue South !12.40 feet; thence North 56o13' West 97.15 feet to the west line of tract described in Volume 255 page 262 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 112.40 feet; thence South 56013' East 97.15 feet to the true point of beginning. (Code 5-12, Account #1-11849-2, Map #39-1E-14D, Tax Lot # 1,500) In consideration of the city of Ashland permitting the connection of Owner's building sewer from the residence on the property to the sewer system of the city of Ashland, Owner declares and agrees that the property shall be held, sold, and conveyed subject to the following covenants, conditions, and restrictions which shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall be binding on all parties, their heirs, successors and assigns, having any right, title, or interest in the property or any part thereof. Whenever a proposal to annex the property is initiated by the city of Ashland or otherwise, Owner shall consent and does consent to the annexation of the property to the city of Ashland.
