Wayne R. Cahill, Vicki L. Cah#1 and R. W. "Noah" Hague, Grantors, convey to the City
of Ashland, grantee, an easement to use a portion of grantors' property described as
follows:
See Exhibit 'A'
The terms of this easement are as follows:
1. City, its agents, independent contractors and invitees shall use the easement to
construct, reconstruct, install, use, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, and remove sanitary
sewer lines, including but not limited to all necessary related facilities over and under real
property described above. Grantee may assign this easement to the person, corporation,
utility company, or governmental entity operating the utility.
2. The consideration for this easement is $1.00.
3. This easement is granted subject to all prior easements or encumbrances of record.

PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
An easement, over, across and through a strip of land 15.O feet in
width, Southeasterly of and contiguous to, when measured normal therefrom,
the following described line: ',~
Commencing at a iron pipe with brass cap situated at the section
corner commori Lo gccbiorls 11, 12, 1~ and 14, Township 39 South, Range 1
East of the Willamette Base and Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon;
T~NCE North 22 degrees 54 minutes 45 seconds West for a distance of
$~7.28 feet to a found nail and shiner situated at centerline Station
145+DD of East Main Street, as re-surveyed and shown on that Partition Plat
No_ P-ll~-lDg~ and filed for record the 16th day of October 199~ at Page
110 of Index Volume 1 of Partition Plats in Jackson County, Oregon, said
point was established by the Jackson County Department of Public Works;
~ENCE Sou~h 38 degrees 07 minutes 21.5 seconds East along the
centerline of East Main Street for a distance of 133.12 feet to a point of
curvature;
~ENCE leaving said East Main Street centerline and normal therefrom,
North 51 degrees 52 minutes 38.5 seconds East for a distance of 3~.~ feet
to a point in the Northeasterly right of way line of East Main Street;
THENCE North 38 degrees ~7 minutes 21.5 seconds'West along said
Northeasterly right of way line for a distance of 13.23 feet to the most
Westerly corner of Parcel No. 3 of Partition Plat No. P-115-1990 as set
forth hereinabove;
THENCE leaving said Northeasterly right of way line, North 50 degrees
29 minutes 31 seconds East along the Northwesterly boundary line of Parcel
No. 3, for a distance of 244.75 feet to a point which is common to an
existing Public Utility Easement and a Private Storm Water Easement, as set
forth on Partition Plat P-110-199~, for the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
~H~NCE continuing North 50 degrees 29 minutes 31 seconds East along
the Northwesterly boundary line of said Parcel No. 3 for a distance of
2~9.~ fe~t, more or ]ess, to a point in the Southwesterly boundary line of
the City of Ashland's Municipal Airport property and there terminating.
Extend and/or shorten the Southeasterly right of way line of this
easement to close upon the existing Public Utility Easement, as set forth
on Partition Plat No. P-11~-1990 and upon the Southwesterly boundary line
of the City of Ashland's Municipal Airport property, as required.
