IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION: 1) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR A FUTURE SIDEWALK INSTALLATION ALONG IOWA STREET; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS. 2) AGREE TO IMPROVE THE ADJACENT ALLEY TO THE SPECIFICATIONS SETFORTH IN THE ALLEY IMPROVEMENT PLAN.
