As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I/we hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other
actions as required by the C.'.,t¥ ~ Ashland, and agree tc, b,~r the propo~!onate payrF, ent of associated costs. This
Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention
that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property. This consent is in consideration of APPROVAL OF MINOR LAND PARTITION.
IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION:
1) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR A FUTURE SIDEWALK
INSTALLATION ALONG IOWA STREET; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION
OF SUCH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH
DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
2) AGREE TO IMPROVE THE ADJACENT ALLEY TO THE SPECIFICATIONS SETFORTH IN THE ALLEY
IMPROVEMENT PLAN. AGREE THAT SUCH IMPROVEMENTS WILL TAKE PLACE PRIOR TO
ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE NEW HOME ON PARCEL 2.
3) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE
IMPROVEMENT OF MEADE STREET, INCLUDING CUR~, GuI-rER, PAVING, SIDEWALKS AND STORM
DRAIN; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
