of the property. This consent is in consideration of APPROVAL OF A SITE REVIEW.

1) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE
IMPROVEMENT OF ALLEY ADJACENT TO THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY INCLUDING PAVING, AND
STORM DRAIN; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED
IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
