of the property. This consent is in consideration of APPROVAL OF OUTLINE & FINAL PLAN APPROVAL.

AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE
IMPROVEMENT OF ORANGE STREET, INCLUDING CURB, GUTTER, PAVING, SIDEWALKS AND
STORM DRAIN; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED
IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
