HomeMy WebLinkAbout1993-016 Warranty Deed - ACFS 93-05082 WARRANTY DEED Ashland Community Food Stores, Inc., an Oregon nonprofit corporation, Grantor, conveys and warrants to the City of Ashland, Oregon, the real property described on the attached Exhibit A to be utilized for street purposes, free of encumbrances except as specifically set forth in this deed. THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY ITS USES.
