IMPROVEMENT OF MISTLETOE ROAD, INCLUDING CURB, GUTTER, PAVING, SIDEWALKS AND
STORM DRAIN; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED
IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
