DEDICATION
PUBLIC UTILITY E&SEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Raymond E. Fink,
Patricia Fink, Homer D. Peabody, Jr. and Betty L. Peabody,
being the owners of the herein described property, do hereby
dedicate to the public an easement for public utilities
over, under and across a portion of Lot Twenty (20) in CLEAR
CREEK SUBDIVISION, a Planned Community to the City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon; said portion being more
fully described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 20 in CLEAR
CREEK SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof,
now of record in Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 15°
40'00" West 5.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING: thence
continue North 15° 40'00" West 3.00 feet; thence South 74°
20'00" West 73.08 feet; thence, along the arc of a 66.00
foot radius curve to the right (the long chord to which
