KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I Bruce Barrett, a single man, hereinafter known as Grantor,
do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASR-LAND, a Municipal
corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of $1.00
which Easement is for installing, maintaining, and upgrading PUBLIC
UTILITIES and which Easement is over, across and through the property
situated in Jackson County, Oregon, described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land, variable in width, lying Easterly of and contiguous
to, when measured normal therefrom, the Westerly property line of
Parcel I, as set forth in Document No. 76-14367 of the Official
Records of Jackson County, Oregon and being common to the Easterly
right of way line of Paradise Lane, as set forth in Commissioners
Journal Volume 18, Pages 565-578 and Commissioners Journal Volume
22, Pages 434-435 of said records of Jackson County, Oregon and
being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Parcel No. 4 of that
Partition Plat recorded the 9th day of October, 1991 as Partition
Plat No. P-103-1991 of the Records of Partition Plats, Index 2, Page
103 and Jackson County Surveyor's File No. 12683 in Jackson County,
Oregon;
THENCE North 87 degrees 27 minutes 35 seconds East along the
Northerly property line of said Parcel No. 4 for a distance of 10.01
feet;
THENCE North 00 degrees 00 minutes 13 seconds East and parallel
to Paradise Lane a distance of 8.0 feet;
THENCE North 11 degrees 05 minutes 38 seconds West for a
distance of 36.36 feet to a point which lies 13.0 feet Easterly of,
when measured normal therefrom, the Easterly right of way line of
Paradise Lane;
THENCE North 00 degrees 00 minutes 13 seconds East and parallel
to the Easterly right of way line of Paradise Lane for a distance of
130.74 feet, more or less, to the Southerly right of way line of
Peachey Road;
THENCE North 89 degrees 50 minutes 03 seconds West along said
Southerly right of way line for a distance of 13.00 feet to
intersect the Easterly right of way line of Paradise Lane;
THENCE South 00 degrees 00 minutes 13 seconds West along the
Easterly right of way line of Paradise Lane for a distance of 175.33
feet, more or less, to a point that bears South 87 degrees 27
minutes 35 seconds West from the point of beginning;
THENCE North 87 degrees 27 minutes 35 seconds East along the
new Northerly right of way line of Paradise Lane for a distance of
10.01 feet to the point of beginning.
