BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
Jackson County, Oregon, a political subdivision of the state of Oregon, Grantor, conveys
to the City of Ashland, Grantee, the following described real property:

That portion of the following described tract lying Westerly of North Mountain
Avenue: Beginning at a point at the intersection of the East line of Mountain
Avenue with the North line of Nevada Street in ASHLAND ACRES, which point
is 1481.0 feet South and 615.48 feet West of the Section corner common to Sections
33 and 34, Township 38 South, Range I East, and Sections 3 and 4, Township 39
South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence
East along Nevada Street, 514.62 feet; thence North 104.36 feet; thence West
514.62 feet to the East line of Mountain Avenue; thence South along said line
104.36 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part lying
within Mountain Avenue.

615.48 feet West of the Section corner common to Sections 33 and 34, Township
38 South, Range I East, and Sections 3 and 4, Township 39 South, Range 1 East
of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence East along Nevada
Street, 514.62 feet; thence North 104.36 feet; thence West 514.62 feet to the East
line of Mountain Avenue; thence South along said line 104.36 feet to the point of
beginning.
