1) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE IMPROVEMENT OF
NORTH MOUNTAIN AVENUE, INCLUDING CURS, GUTI'ER, PAVING, STORM DRAIN, SIDEWALK, DOMESTIC
WATER SERVICE, SANITARY SEWER SERVICE, AND UNDERGROUNDING OF UTILITIES; AND AGREE NOT
TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY
ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATION IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
