HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-081 Easement Agr-Sullivan 93-2?465 AGREEMENT Robert V. and Pauline M. Sullivan have received approval, under planning action No. 90-034, to partition their property, identified as tax lot 39-1E-5BD 2300, into three separate parcels. The first condition of approval states that all necessary easements for sewer, water, electric and streets be provided as required by the city of Ashland. Parcels two and three have been created with the intent of further division. Since no overall plan of subdivision has yet been made, the exact and final location of easements and access ways is unknown at this time. The access way as shown on the plat is intended to satisfy legal requirements o~ly and is in no way a functional access with the exception of the home. Robert V. and Pauline M. Sullivan hearby agree that upon further subdivision of parcels two and three, all necessary easements will be provided to satisfy access and service needs.
