BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
Jackson County, Oregon, a political subdivision of the state of Oregon, Grantor, conveys
to the city of Ashland, Grantee, the following described real property:

From the quarter corner between Sections 14 and 23 in Township 39 South, Range
1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Oregon, measure North 1233 feet to intersect
the northeasterly right of way line of the Pacific Highway; thence South 56° 13' East
along said right of way line 166.2 feet to the true place of beginning; thence
continue South 56013, East 604.3 feet to the southeast corner of tract; thence North
80.0 feet; thence South 60°00' West 29.63 feet to the northeasterly line of a 40-foot
road; thence North 56"13' West 486.06 feet; thence North 89024' West 72.71 feet
to the true place of beginning.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $0.
Until a change is requested, all tax statements shall be sent to the following address:

applicable land use laws and regulations. Before signing or accepting this instrument, the person
