the Cily of Ashland, and agree to bear the propo,tionate payment of associated costs, This Agreement is to be binding upon mysell/ourselves, my/our
heir(s), executors, and assigns, end it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the lend, so that fulfillment of the ilems listed below
shall be binding upon future owners of the property. This consent is In consideration of approval of a
minor land partition/boundary line adjustment.
IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION:
1) Agree to participate in the lo~al improvement district for future
improvements to West St. including curb, gutter, paving, __
and sidewalk. The property owner agrees to pay assigned
share of such improvement costs.
