As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I/we hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other
actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This
Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our he!r(s), e×ecutors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention
that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property. This consent is in consideration of a buildin,9 permit for a single family
residence.
IMPRO~MENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION:
Agree to participate in the costs of full street improvements
to Black Oak Way and to not remonstrate to the formation of a
Local Improvement District~ to cover such improvements and costs
thereof. Full street improvements shall include pavinq, curb,
qutter, sidewalks~ and the underqroundinfl of utilities.
