DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that B & G Properties, Inc., an Oregon
Corporation is the owner in fee simple of the lands hereon described and that
B & G Properties, Inc. does hereby dedicate to the City of Ashland a 10 foot
Public Utility Easement (P.U.E.) to include electric power, telephone, and
cable television over and across the following described land.
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 101 of the Greensprings
Subdivision, Extension No. 1 in the northeast quarter of Section 14,
Township 39 South, Range 1 East, of the Willamette Meridian in the City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon; thence South 35°06' West 240.10 feet to
the most westerly corner of Lot 103 of said subdivision; thence continuing
South 35°06' West 10.00 feet; thence North 54054' West 10.00 feet;
thence North 35°06' East 260.10 feet; thence South 54°54' East 10.00
feet; thence South 35°06' West 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
