As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I/we hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other
actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This
Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, end assigns, and it is my/our express intention
that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property. Thls consent ls in consideration of approval of a variance r,o reduce front yard
setback requirement to 10 feet, rather than 20 feet required by ordinance.
IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION:
(1) Aqree not to enclose the carport structure and leave it as an open air carport
as requiredas a condition of approval for planninq action #91-115.
(2) Aqree to pay a fair share of the costs associated with the future installation
of sidewalks alonq the Seventh Street frontaqe.
