KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PiR~SENTS:
That. Daryl K. Bonin and Annette L. Bonin, Husband and Wife, and Lawrence I.
Bonin and Edith Bonin, Husband and Wife~ Grantors,
do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal
corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of $1.00

and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land 10.~0 feet in width lying 5.00 feet on each side of
the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Section corner common to Sections 11, 12, 13 and ]4,
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson
County, Oregon;
THENCE North 78 degrees 45 minutes 23 seconds West for a distance
of 3,435.60 feet to a point in the Westerly right of way line of
Tolman Creek Road;
THENCE North 00 degrees 04 minutes 09 seconds East along the
Westerly right of way line of said road for a distance of 236.52 feet;
THENCE leaving said right of way line, West for a distance of
178.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE North ~0 degrees 31 minutes 45 seconds East for a distance
of 99.4] feet to a point in that Boundary Line by Agreement as set
forth in Document No. 87-22821 of the Official Records of Jackson
County, Oregon and there terminating.
EXTEND and/or SHORTEN the sidelines of this easement to close
upon the North and South boundary lines of the Daryl K. Bonin, et al
property, as required.
The Grantors warrant, that they are the owners of said real
property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever,
except those of record on the below date.
