RIGHT OF WAY DESCRIPTION
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Donation Land Claim No.
45, Township 59 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Base and
Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon;
THENCE South 00 degrees 12 minutes 45 seconds West (deed
record South, 12i7.7 feet) for a distance of 1217.70 feet;
THENCE North 89 degrees 47 minutes 17 seconds West (deed
record Volume 18, Page 488= West, 196.68 feet) for a distance of
196.68 feet to the Northeast corner of that tract of land conveyed
by W.N. Atkinson and wife, et al, to W.F. Loomis and set forth in
Volume 18, Page 488 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon;
THENCE continuing North 89 degrees 47 minutes 17 seconds West
(deed record West) along the Northerly boundary line of said
Loomis tract and being parallel with the South line of Donation
Land Claim No. 45 for a distance of 440.22 feet (deed record
440.22 feet) to the Northwest corner of that tract of land
identified as ~Tract B~ in that conveyance from Walter L. Hash and
Mary V. Hash, husband and wife~ to Alta Alvis, a single woman, and
set forth in Volume 420, Page 290 of the Deed Records of Jackson
County, Oregon for the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing North 89 degrees 47 minutes 17 seconds West
(deed record West) along said Loomis North boundary line and
parallel with the South line of Donation Land Claim No. 45 for a
distance of 295.54 feet (deed record 295.54 feet) to the Northwest
corner of that tract of land as conveyed from Robert 0. McGee to
Oarus D. McGee and set forth in Document No. 85-03951 of the
Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon;
THENCE South 00 degrees 12 minutes 43 seconds West (deed
record South) along the Westerl~ boundary line thereof~ for a
distance of 20.00 feet;
THENCE leaving said Westerly boundary line South 89 degrees
47 minutes 17 seconds East and parallel with the South boundary

to a point in the Westerly boundary line of 'Tract B', as set
forth hereinabove;
