HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-041 Quitclaim - LTM90-19048 15. oo IL)' O0 QUITCLAIM DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that L.T.M., Inc., hereinafter called the Grantor, for in consideration of good and valuable consideration and THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,500.00) which is to be credited from Grantee to Grantor in the future and against the Grantor's anticipated Mistletoe Road assessment, Grantor does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the City of Ashland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called the Grantee, and unto Grantee's successor~ and as~gD~, ...... all of the Grantor'~ v~+__.~..~, title and 4~^~^~+ ......... in that certain real property with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the County of Jackson, State of Oregon, more particularly described on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns forever. THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING AND ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.
