QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that L.T.M., Inc., hereinafter
called the Grantor, for in consideration of good and valuable consideration
and THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,500.00) which is to be
credited from Grantee to Grantor in the future and against the Grantor's
anticipated Mistletoe Road assessment, Grantor does hereby remise,
release and quitclaim unto the City of Ashland, a municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called the Grantee, and unto Grantee's
successor~ and as~gD~, ...... all of the Grantor'~ v~+__.~..~, title and 4~^~^~+ .........
in that certain real property with the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated
in the County of Jackson, State of Oregon, more particularly described
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee and Grantee's
successors and assigns forever.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
BEFORE SIGNING AND ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING
FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR
COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.

A portion of that tract or parcel of land described in the bargin
and sale deed between the City of Ashland and M.C. Lininger and
Sons, Inc. recorded as instrument number 74-11176 of the Official
Records of Jackson County, Oregon, lying westerly of the
following described line:
Commencing at the center quarter corner of Section 14,
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian,
Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 891.11 feet and East,
192.37 feet to a point on the Southerly line of the Southern
Pacific Railroad right of way being 100 feet at right angles
from the center line of said railroad riaht of way for the
True Point of Beginning; thence South 05000'56'' East, 734.88
feet for the terminus of this line.
