as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate
payment of associated costs. This agreement is to be binding upon myself/
ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express
intention that this agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment
of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the propert'
· This consent is in consideration of a Minor Land Partition
Improvement, Dedication or Other Action:
1. Aqree to participate in the local improvement district for future
improvements to Ashland Mine Road, including curb, gutter, paving
and sidewalk. The property owner agrees to pay ass'igned share of
such improvement costs.
2. Agree to pave and screen the flag drive per standards in the
Ashland Municipal Code 18.76.060(?).
