KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that JOHN KINARD and GEORGE
HEDGES, grantors, hereby grant to the City of Ashland, an Oregon
municipal corporation, grantee, a permanent easement for utilities
and drainage as set forth herein.
John Kinard and George Hedges are the owners of the real
property described on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein. The easement for utilities is
described on Exhibit "C" attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein. The easement for drainage is described on
Exhibit "D" attached hereto and by this referenced incorporated
herein.
The utility easement is for the purpose of installing,
repairing and maintaining all utilities necessary or convenient to
the use and enjoyment of grantors' real property. The utility
easement shall include but not be limited to an easement for the
purpose of installing, repairing and maintaining water, gas, sewer,
electrical and telephone service.
The easement for drainage shall be for the purpose of
installing, repairing and maintaining a storm drainage system
together with any other purpose necessary or convenient to the use
and enjoyment of grantors' real property.
The true consideration stated in terms of dollars is zero.
However, the true consideration consists of mutal promises and
agreements of recognized value.
