BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, HAROLD T. GENTRY ann LORENE M. GENTRY, husband and
wife, and HAROLD A. SHEFFIED nad BETTY Li. SHEFFIELD,i hUSband and
wife, are the owners of the following described real property, to-wit:
A tract or parcel of land situated in the North half of
Section 8, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon, and being more fully
described as follows:
Commencing at a 2 inch iron pipe situated at the quarter
corner common to Sections 5 and 8, Township 39 South,
Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County,
Oregon; thence South 00o13'53'' East, 1333.07 feet to a 5/8
inch iron rod for the True Point of Beginning; thence South
00o13'53'' East along that Boundary Line by Agreement recorded
as Doc-~ent No. 78-09396, Official Records of Jackson County,
Oregon, 532.67 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod; thence South
39016'34'' West, 158.61 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod situated
in the Southerly boundary line of the North half of the
Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 8;
thence leaving said Boundary Line, South 89°58'10'' West along
the last hereinabove referred to Southerly boundary line,
67.93 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod situated at the Southwest
corner of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of said Section 8; thence South 89°55'41''
West along the Southerly boundary line of the North half of
the South half of the Northwest quarter of said Section 8,
a distance of 831.15 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod situated
at the Southerly end of that boundary line by Agreement
recorded as Document No. 78-09397, said Official Records;
thence leaving the Southerly boundary line as last herein-
above referred to, North 00o13'53'' West along that Boundary
Line by Agreement, as last hereinabove referred to, 658.94
feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod; thence leaving said Boundary
Line, South 89051'44'' East, 1000.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
all hereinafter designated parties of the first part; and
WHEREAS, ANNA MAE HASSELL nad JANOS MARKUS, hereinafter desig-
nated as parties of the second part, are owners of the following
described real property, to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is 80 rods South of the Northeast
corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 8 in Township 39
South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson
County, Oregon; thence West 80 rods, thence North 31 rods;
thence East 71 rods; thence Southeasterly 31 rods, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
the parties hereto agree that the following shall be and constitute the'
boundary lines between their respective properties, to-wit:

Quarter Corner common to Sections 5 and 8, Township 39
South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson
County, Oregon; thence South 00013'53'' East, 1,333.07
feet to a found 5/8 inch iron rod being common to those
Boundary Line by Agreements recorded in Documents 78-
09396 and No. 78-11551 of the Official Records of Jackson
County, Oregon and being the True Point of Beginning of
this described line; thence North 89051'44'' West, 1,000.00
feet to a found 5/8 inch iron rod situated at the beginning
point of that Boundary Line by Agreement recorded as
Document No. 78-09397 of the Official Records of Jackson
County, Oregon and being the terminus of this agreement
line.
Each of the parties hereto agree that by executing this Agree-
ment, the legal description of their respective properties shall be
controlled by the foregoing described boundary line, each party releasing
any interest or claim he or she might have to any property inconsistent
with the foregoing description.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands
