HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-014 Boundary Line Agrmt - RV Medical Ctr87 BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~/~ day of April, 1987 between THE CITY OF ASHLAND, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called first party, and ROGUE VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER, a non-profit corporation, hereinafter called second party, RECITALS: A. Each of the parties owns an interest in certain real property in the NorthWest Quarter of Section 16, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon, and B. The parties desire to adjust the boundary line between the properties of the respective parties and desire to definately fix and establish said boundary line as adjusted. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The parties hereto agree that the legal description of the boundary line between their respective properties is as follows: Commencing at the Quarter Corner common to Sections 9 and 16, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County, Oregon; thence South 89° 50' 22" West, 667.57 feet to the Northeast corner of the West-half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 16; thence along the East boundary of the West-half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 16 (as found to be monumented on Survey No. 9339 filed in the Jackson County Surveyor's Office), South 0° 20' 50" East, 927.09 feet to a 5/8" rebar with plastic cap set for the true point of beginning; thence South 89° 54' 30" West, 370.16 feet to a 5/8" rebar with plastic cap set; thence North 1© 37' 00" East, 95.655 feet to 1 - Boundary Line Agreement '-O7873 a found 1/2" iron pipe; thence North 89© 43' 00" West, 44.71 feet to a found 1/2" iron pipe; thence North 12© 28' 00" West, 200.745 feet to a 5/8" rebar with plastic cap set; thence 21.705 feet on the arc of a 80.00-foot radius non-tangent curve right (the long chord bears North 83© 22' 21" West, 21.638 feet) to a 5/8" rebar with plastic cap set; thence North 54° 45' 00" West, 31.60 feet to a 5/8" rebar with plastic cap set; thence North 26© 24' 00" West, 73.97 feet to a 5/8" rebar with plastic cap set on the East boundary of that tract described in Instrument No. 79-15295 of the Official Records of said County (as the same was monumented on Survey No. 7176 filed in the Jackson County Surveyor's Office), and there terminating. 2. Second party 6ereby conveys to first party all of the right, title and interest second party has in the real property lying adjacent to and southerly and westerly of the above described boundary line. 3. First party hereby conveys to second party all of the right, title and interest which first party has in the real property lying adjacent to and northerly and easterly of the above described boundary line. 4. The true consideration for the conveyances herein contained is other value given, receipt of which is hereby acknow- ledged. 5. The parties agree that this agreement shall be executed and acknowledged by them and placed of record in the Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon. Dated the year first hereinabove written.
