S~ogren, Sr. a~ Amenta S~ogren do hereby grant an Easement unto tile CITY OF ASIILAND, a Municipal corporation of tile State of Oregon, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) which Easement is for installation and perpetual maintenance of public utilities and including underground electric, telephone and cable television lines. and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon, described, as follows, to-wit: See attached Exhibit "A" It shall be further understood that the City of Ashland shall repair any and all damage to the grantor's property resulting from operations performed by the City. All repairs shall be made to the satisfaction of the grantor. Further, any utility comp gny utilizin~ this easement shall likewise repair any damage to the comolete satisfaction of the grantor. The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real property free ~.nd c_l~ar of ali liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except those of record on the below date.
