KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, Kent Cutting and Geraldine A. Cutting, husband
and wife, do hereby grant a Public Utility Easement unto the CITY
OF ASHLAND, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, for
and in consideration of $1.00 which Public Utility Easement is for
the installation and Maintenance of Public Utilities and which
Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon
described as follows, to-wit:
See Exhibit 'A' and 'B' attached hereto, incorporated
herein and thereby made a part hereof.

The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said
real property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatso-
ever, except those of record on the below date.
