of the Official Records of dackson County, Oregon, and being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINnINg;
thence South 0°17' ~est parallel to the ~esterly boundary line of Government Lot
Section 14 and along the ~esterly boundary line of said tract or parcel of land as
here~nabove referred to, 142.43 feet to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence leaving
smd ~esterly boundary l~ne, West, 9 feet, more or less, to a point in the Easterly
right of way line of that public roadway as set forth ~n Volume 271, Page 548 of the
Deed Records of dackson County, Oregon; thence North 0°17. East aong sa~d Easterly
r~ght of ~ay line, 142.43 feet, more or less, to a point ~n the Southerly boundary line
of that trac~ or parcel of land as set forth ~n Document No. 83-01315 of the Official
Records of dackson County, Oregon; thence leaving said Easterly r~ght of ~ay l~ne,
East along the Southerly boundary l~ne of that tract or parcel of land last here~nabove
referred to, 9 feet,, more or less, to the point of beginning.
This instrument will not allow use of the property described in this instrument in
violation of applicable land use laws and regulations. Before signing or accepting
this instrument, the person acquiring fee title to the property should check with
the appropriate City or County Planning Department to verify approved uses.
