3..That, notwithstanding any other provision or provisions of these Articles,
the Corporation is to engage only in activities which are charitable in nature with-
in tile meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and its assets
shall be permanently dedicated to such charitable purposes.
