do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for installation and maintenance
of underground electrical utility line and above ground appurtenances,
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson Couhty, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point, on the West line of Clay Street 1534.4 feet
South of its intersection with the Southerly line of Siskiyou
Boulevard, said point being, 260.14 feet North of the Southeast
corner of Lot 20, BELLEVUE TRACT, in Township 39 South, Range 1
East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence North
72 feet to,the Northeast corner of the easement; thence West 154
feet; thence South 10 feet; thence East 154 feet; thence North
10 feet, to the Northeast corner of the said easement.
