Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Base and Meridian, Jackson
County, Oregon and being more fully described as follows:
Commencing at a found 2 inch iron pipe situated at the Accepted quarter corner
common to Sections 5 and 8, said Township and Range; thence North 00030'30''
West along the North-South centerline of said Section 5, 664.885 feet to
intersect the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly right of way of Grandview
Drive; thence leaving said North-South centerline of said Section 5,
South 89018'07'' West along the Southerly right of way of Grandview Drive and
the Easterly prolongation thereof, 444.125 feet to a 5/8 x 24 inch iron pin
for the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said right of way, South
00°41 '08" East, 104.65 feet to a 5/8 x 24 inch iron pin; thence North 89o18'07''
East, 95.275 feet to a 5/8 x 24 inch iron pin; thence South 00°19'32'' East,
95.155 feet to a found 5/8 inch iron pin; thence North 88°16'16'' West, 109.775
feet to a found 1/2 inch galvanized iron pipe; thence North 00°41 '08" West,
195.15 feet to a found 1/2 inch galvanized iron pipe situated in the Southerly
right of way of Grandview Drive; thence North 89o18'07'' East along said
Southerly right of way, 15.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
0.270 Acre, more or less.
Subject to a 15 foot public utility easement as dedicated to the City of Ashland
