DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that ASHLAND, INDUSTRIAL
DEYELOPME~T CORPORATION, an Oregon corporation, hereinafter
called "GRANTOR", does hereby grant, bargain, sell and dedicate
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, an Oregon municipal corporation,
hereinafter called "GRANTEE", two perpetual easements for the
purposes o£ the installation and future maintenance
lines. Said easements shall be pertinent to the
described land:

Commencing at the quarter corner common to Sections
11 and 14, said Township and Range; thence South O0
degrees 02' 32" West along the North-South
centerline of said ~ection 14, 730.33 feet to
intersect the Westerly prolongation of the
~ou~herly right of way, tangent section, of that
"Frontage Road" as set forth in Document No.
72-00467 of the Official Records of Jackson County,
Oregon; thence leaving said North-South centerline
o£ Section 14, South 89 degrees 50' 37" East along
said Westerly prolongation of and the Southerly
right of way of said "Frontage Road", 497.195 feet
to the Northwest corner of that tract or parcel of
land as set forth in Document No. 77-09634 of the
Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon and
being the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving
said Southerly right of way, South O0 degrees 09'
23" West along the Westerly boundary line of that
tract or parcel of land as set forth in the last
hereinabove recited document number, 264.61 feet;
thence leaving said Westerly boundary line, North
89 degrees 50' 37" West and parallel to the

Jet to a point in the Southerly right of way of
Lid "Frontage Road"; thence South 89 degrees 50'

as set forth in Document No. 72-00467 of the
Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence
South 89 degrees 50' 37" East along said Southerly
right of way line, 203.655 feet to the Northwest
corner of that parcel of land as set forth in
Document No. 77-09634 of the Official Records of
Jackson County, Oregon and there terminating.
Extended and/or shorten the Easterly and Southerly
sideline o£ this utility easement to close upon the
Southerly and Easterly boundary line of the first
hereinabove described tract or parcel of land, as
required.
Subject to any and/or easements and/or rights of
way o£ record and those apparent on the land.
There is no monetary consideration for this
conveyance.

XNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that ASHLAND INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, an Oregon corporation, hereinafter
called "GRANTOR", does hereby grant, bargain, sell and dedicate
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, an Oregon municipal corporation,
hereinafter called "GRANTEE", a perpetual easement for the
purposes of the installation and future maintenance of utility
lines. Said easement shall be pertinent to the following
described land:
A tract or parcel of land situated in the Northeast quarter of
~ecZion 14, Township 39 ~outh, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Base and Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon and being more fully
described as follows:
Commencing at a 3/4 inch diameter by 30.5 inch iron pin with 2.5
inch diameter bronze cap situated at the quarter corner common to
Sections 11 and 14, said Township and Range; thence South O0
Degrees 02'32" West along the North-South centerline of Section
14, 661.965 feet to a 5/8 x 30 inch iron pin with aluminum cap
situated at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said section and
being the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said North-
South centerline of said section, South 89 Degrees 51 '58" East
along the Northerly boundary line of the South half of the
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section
14,15.39 feet to a 5/8 x 30 inch iro~a pin situated in the
Southwesterly right of way of that 'Frontage Road' as set forth
in Document No. 72-00467 of the Official Records of Jackson
County, Oregon; thence along said Southwesterly and Southerly
right of way of said 'Frontage Road', along the arc of a 130.00
foot radius curve to the left, the radial bearings "in and out"

(the central angle is 61 degrees 42 minutes and 04 seconds)
139.995 feet to a 5/8 x 30 inch iron pin; thence leaving said
right of way, North 89 Degrees 50'37" West along the Westerly
prolongation of the Southerly right of way, tangent section, of
said 'Frontage Road', 129.715 feet to a point in the North-South
centerline of said section; thence North O0 Degrees 02'32" East

DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that RALLS PROPERTIES,
a Partnership, hereinafter called "GRANTOR", does hereby
grant, bargain, sell and dedicate unto the CITY OF ASHLAND,
an Oregon municipal corporation, hereinafter called "GRANTEE",
a perpetual easement for purposes of installation and future
maintenance of electric utility lines and transformer. Said
easement is described as follows:

land 10.0 feet in width and lying 5.0 feet on each

Commencing at a 3/4 inch diameter by 30.5 inch iron

the quarter corner common to Sections 11 and 14,
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Base and Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence
South 00o02'32" West along the North-South centerline

South 00o09f23'' West (the central angle is 61 degrees
42 minutes and 04 seconds) 139.995 feet to a 5/8 x 30
inch iron pin; thence South 89o50'37'' East, 120.285
feet to a 5/8 x 30 inch iron pin situated at the pro-
posed centerline of Jefferson Avenue; thence leaving
said Southerly right of way, South 00o02'33'' West along
the proposed centerline of Jefferson Avenue, 126.50
feet; thence leaving said proposed centerline South
89o50'37'' East and parallel to said 'Frontage Road'
(proposed Washington Street) 23.50 feet to a point in
the proposed Easterly right of way of Jefferson Avenue
for the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said
proposed right o--f way, South 89o50'37" East, 32.50 feet
and there terminating.
Extend and/or shorten the sidelines of said easement to close
upon the proposed right of 'way of Jefferson AvenUe, as required.
Subject to any and/or easements and/or rights of way
of record and those apparent on the land.
There is no monetary consideration for this conveyance.
