In addition to the above consideration, the State was to release the 500 square foot permanent easement for slopes from the former acquisition under File 50797. The City of Ashland has signed the Release of Slope Easements. We are having it recorded and will send you the recorded release when it comes back from the recordc:r's office. LAIDONER, husband and wife, who took title as Leonard Laidner and Iris A. Laidner; JEANETTE A. ROBERTSON, who took title as Jeanette A. Laidner, Grantors, for the consideration of the sum of One Hundred and No/100 DOLLARS ($100.00) received, do hereby convey unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, Oregon, a municipal corporation, Grantee, the following described property, to wit: A parcel of land lying in Lot 8, Block 2, PATTERSON-PHELPS TRACTS, Jackson County, Oregon; the said parcel being described as follows: Beginning on the Easterly line of said lot at a point 0.88 feet Northerly of the Southeast corner of said lot; thence Southerly along said Easterly. line to said Southeast corner; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said lot, 0.60 feet; thence Northeasterly in a straight line to the point of beginning.
