WARRANTY DEED

wife; Grantors, for the consideration of the sum of

convey unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, the following
described property, to wit:

Beginning on the Westerly line of said lot at a point 4 feet Northerly
of the Southwest corner of said lot; thence Southerly along said Westerly
line to said Southwest corner; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of
said lot, 4 feet; thence Northwesterly in a straight line to the point of
beginning.
The parcel of land to which this description applies contains 8
square feet, more or less.
And Grantors do hereby covenant to and with Grantee, its successors
and assigns, that they are the owners in fee simple of said property which is
free from all encumbrances and will warrant and defend the same from all lawful
claims whatsoever.
