(Index volume 2, page 60) A partition of this property was approved by the City of Ashland ("City") on Planning Action No.'q~. I0~ . A condition of the approval restricts sale of the partition lots until Grantors improve Alta Street or Grantors deposit in escrow for benefit of City a sum sufficient to improve Alta Street to City standards. 1.
