and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit-

The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real
property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except
those of record on the below date.

EXHIBIT A
A tract or parcel of land 10 feet in width and being more particularly
described! as follows:
Conm~encing at a 1 inch square iron bar situated at the inter-
section of the center line of Wimer Street with the West boundary
line of Donation Land Claim No. 40, Township 39 South~ Range 1 East
of the Willamette Base and Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence
South 00o04'43'' West, along the West boundary line of said claim,
573.95 feet to a 5/8 inch %ron pin; thence leaving said claim line,
North 89°55'30'' West, 20.00 feet to a lead plug and brass tag in
concrete walk situated on the westerly right of way of High Street;
thence leaving said right of' way, North 89o55'30'' West, 283.50 feet
to a 5/8 inch iron pin for the True Point of Beginning; thence
continue North 89055'30'' West, along that boundary line described
in Document No. 75-12599, official Records at Jackson County, Oregon,
253.42 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated on the Easterly right of
wav of Scenic Drive, as said street has been found monumented,
thence North 00027'54'' West along said right of way, 10.00 feet;
thence leaving said right of way South 89055'30'' East, 253.51 feet;
thence South 00004;43'' West, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
