WARRANTY DEED
The Bachelet Family Trust, Jean-Paul Bachelet, Trustee, and Patricia Bachelet,
Trustee, Grantors, convey and warrant to CITY OF ASHLAND, Grantee, the following
real property described on the attached Exhibit A, free of encumbrances except as
specifically set forth herein.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND
REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE
PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH
THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY

Commencing at the ACCEPTED Southwest corner of Donation Land
Claim No. 43, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Base and Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon;
THENCE North 89 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds East
along the centerline of East Main Street, as now re-surveyed,
659.32 feet to the centerline intersection of North Mountain
Avenue, said point bears North 89 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds
East, along said street centerline, a distance of 5.00 feet from a
found Iron Pipe with bronze disk WITNESS MONUMENT situated in a
monument case;
THENCE leaving said centerline intersection, North 42 degrees

right of way intersection of the Northerly right of way line of
