HomeMy WebLinkAbout2285 Rezoning Krebs Property ORDINANCE NO. 2285 AN ORDINANCE AHENDING ORDIN1>.NCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND HUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZOtU: CERTAIN PROPERTY FRON JACKSON COUNTY ?_'?~- 5, (RURAL RES IDENTIAL 5 AC. l1IN.) , TO CITY H- R -.5 (RURL\.L RESIDENTIAL) 0 (Krebs Annexation) THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 13.12.030 of the Ashland 11unicipa1 Code be, and tne same hereby is, amended to re- zone from Jackson County RR-5 (Rural Residential-S Acre Hin.) District, to City R-R-05 (Rural Residential) District, the following described real property, to-wit: A tract or parcel of land situated in Lot 33 of the Bellevue Tracts in the Southeast ~:u(:trter of Section 15, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamctte Base and Heridian, Jackson County, Oregon and being more fully described as follows: Corrunencing at a 5/8 x 30 inch iron pin \vith a.n aluminum cap situated at the corner common to the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 15 and the Southvvcst corner of the Bellevue Tracts, as now recorded; thence North 00000'52" West along the North-South centerline of the Southeast quarter of sa~d Section 15 (deed record North) (plat record North 0090' East) and also being common to the Westerly boundary line of said Bellevue Tracts, 712. 76 feet~ to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated at the corner common to Lot,s 32 and 33 of said Bellevue Tracts for the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said North-South centerline, South 89057'39" East along the boundary line common to said Lots 32 and 33, (deed record East, 613.8 feet) 615.78 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated in the Westerly right of way of Park Street, as said right of way has been resurveyed and shown on that Minor Land partition filed for recbrd the 19th day of November, 1980 at 4:07 o'clock P.M. and recorded in Volume 3, page 77 of "Minor Land Partitions" in Jackson Count.~y, Oregon; thence North 00014'44" East (plat record North 0009' East) along said right of way, 30.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence leaving said right of way, North 89057'39" West (deed record West, 175.00 feet) and parallel to the L~undary line common to said Lots 32 and 33 of the Bellevue Tracts, 175.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence North 00014'44" East (deed record North, 131.36 feet) and parallel to Park Street as herein set forth, 131.36 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence North 89045'16" West (deed record North 89048' West, 203.0 feet) 203.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence North 00"14'44tJ East (deed record North 0012' East, 86.87 feet) 88.20 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated in the Southerly right of way of the Talent Irrigation District Canal; thence, along said canal right of way the following courses: thence South 52025'55" West, 25.13 feet; thence along the arc of a 60.00 foot radius curve to the right, the radial bearings "in and out" are North 37034'05" West and South 42004'25" West (the central angle is 79 degrees 38 minutes and 30 seconds) 83.40 feet; thenc8 North 47055'35" West, 56.20 feet; thence along the arc of a 190.00 foot radius curve to the left, the radial bearings "in and out" 'are South 42004' 25" West and North 30010'41" East (the central angle is 11 degrees 53 minutes and 44 seconds) 39.445 feet~ thence North 59049'19" West, 25.03 feet; thence along the arc of a 410.00 foot radius curve to the left" the radial bearings "in and out" are South 30"10 141" West and North 22049'2311 East (the central angle is 07 degrees 21 minutes and 18 seconds) 52.63 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated in that boundary line common to the Hest boundary of the Bellevue Tracts and the North-South centerline of the South- east quarter of Section 15, said township and range; thence South 00000'52" East along 53.id common boundary line (deed record and plat record South 0009' West) 334.75 feet: to the point of beginning. Containing 2.339 Acres I more or less.
