AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-
USE ORDINANCE, AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R-1:l0 to R-2. (Phillip Thormah1en, applicant)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLO~~S:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashland :Municipa1 Code is hereby amended to rezone the following
described real property from R-l:10 (Single Family Residential)
District to R-2 (Low-density Residential) district:
All that portion of Lot 14, of the HARGADINE TRACT, in
the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, lying North
of the following described line; beginning at a point on
the West line of. Fork Street, 185.0 feet North, from its
_intersection with the West line of West Fork Street, in
\ the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon; thence West-
erly, to a point on ~he Easterly line of South Pioneer Ave-
nue, which point is Northerly, along said HARGADINE TRACT,
in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the 17th day of January,
1984, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this //#day of ~ 1984.
