Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code are hereby amended by rezoning from R-1-5 (Single Family Residential) to R-2 (Low Density Multi-family Residential), the following described land: Assessors Map 39-1E-14BB tax lots 500, 501, 502, 600, 700, 800, and 900, containing 4.78 acres, more or less. At such Public Hearing, any person is entitled to be heard. The CITIIZENS PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE will hold a Public Hearing and review this request on the 4th day of August, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at the Community Center, 59 Winburn Way, Ashland, Oregon.
