AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE
wrITH RESPECT TO STANDARDS FOR ENERGY EFFICIENT HOUSING.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection B.1. of Section 18.88.040 of the Ashland
Municipal' Code shall be amended by deleting the second paragraph
therefrom.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the 3rd day of May,
1988 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 17'~ day of May, 1988.
