Brown Director of Public Works, City of Ashland 20 East Main Ashland, Oregon 97520 Dear Ms. Brown: This letter concerns our continuing cooperative data collection program for the Bear Creek below Ashland Creek streamflow gaging station for Federal fiscal year 1999 (October 1, 1998 to September 30, 1999). The total cost for operation and maintenance of this gaging station is $9,480 for the upcoming fiscal year. The City's share is $4,740 with the U.S. Geological Survey providing an equal share of $4,740 in Federal matching funds. Work performed with funds from this agreement will conducted on a fixed-price basis. The City of Ashland will be billed annually at the end of the Federal fiscal year. The results of all work under this agreement will be available for publication by the U.S. Geological Survey. If these terms are agreeable to the City of Ashland, we ask that you sign below indicating your acceptance and that funds are available to support this work. Please return one signed copy of this letter to the above address.
