ORDINANCE NO. 1807
AN ORDINANCE ANENDTNG ORDINANCE NO. 1361, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF AStJLAND. TO EEZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM ITS ZONE DESIGNATION
AS IT EXISTED HliEN SAID PROPEHTY HAS OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS OF ASHLAND
TO ESTABLISH SAID PHOPERTY AS BEING ZONED R-3-Z.4 "RESIDENTIAL; MULTIPLE-
FAMILY DISTRICTo
THE PEOPLE OF TI-IE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORD.AIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ashland Ordinance Noo 1361, the Zoning Ordinance
for the City of Ashland, is hereby amended to rezone the following
described recently annexed property to R-3-Z.4 "Residential; Multiple-
Family District"; sc:n,d property: is described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereofo

existing C(;lidi tion'~ d TO such tha t this Ordinance is necessary for the
preservation of the public health and safety of the people of the City
of'Ashland and an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and
after its passage apd approval by the Mayor and after receipt of an
Affidavit or other proof satisfactory to the City that a valid contract
has been entered into for the construction of a Mobile Home Park for
appro.xirnately fifty (50) units and which contract: shRll Drovide for
a Mobile Home Park to be developed in accord with a contract between,
the City of Ashland and Richard Meister and Barbara Meister~ said
contract being dated November 9, 1973; however, if such proof is not
received within One (1) Year from the date of the passage of this
Ordinance, this Ordinance shall be null and voidt> "Further, this
Ordinance shall not be effective until the City Adminisirator shall
have determined that the damage to the City's water system from the
recent flood has been repaired so that the City's water capacity is
restored."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular
