HomeMy WebLinkAbout1305 Rezoning Property ORDINANCE NO. 1305 An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1261 as amended, the zoning ordinance of the City of Ashland, by changing the property bounded by Nutley Street, Granite street, Strawberry Lane and Scenic Drive from Zone No.4, Low Density Residential District, to Zone No.3, Residen- tial District. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHlAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLO\o\lS: Section 1. That Section 2 (d) of Ordinance No. 1261 as amended be, and the same hereby is, amended to change the hereinafter described property from Zone No.4, Low Density Residential District, to Zone No.3, Residential District, by the addition of a new parcel to be kno~Nn as parcel 6 described as follows, to-wi t: Tha t property bounded by Nutley street:, Grani te street, r:trawberry Lane and Scenic Drive.
