QUITCLAIM DEED
City of Ashland, Oregon, Grantor, releases and quitclaims to Arlen John Briggs and
Marilyn L. Briggs, Grantees, all right, title and interest in and to that portion of the
following described real property as described in document Nos. 74-16676 and 98-
58780 of the official records of Jackson County Oregon being more particularly
described on attached Exhibits A and B.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN
THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND
REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE
PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY
APPROVED USES AND TO DETERMINE ANY LIMITS ON LAWSUITS AGAINST
FARMING OR FOREST PRACTICES AS DEFINED IN ORS 30.930.

A perpetual easement of unspecified width for the installation and maintenance of
pipelines, recorded in Volume 165, Page 484 of the Deed Records of Jackson County,

A 12 foot wide easement for the installation and maintenance of a water main or mains
recorded in Volume 47, Page 433 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon.

A portion of that 100 foot wide easement for the purpose of installing and maintaining
electrical power lines and supporting poles granted to the City of Ashland on January 9,
1976 and recorded as Document No. 76-00598 ofthe Official Records of Jackson County,
Oregon and being more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land approximately 25 feet in width off each side of the above described
easement. It is intended that a 50 foot wide easement remain centered upon the center
line of the presently constructed powerline.
