E~ A ~1~ ~ 2082 Q U ITC LAIM D E E D (g:\paul\real\reinholdt-qc,.ded) 9.'~-002'76~ EXHI BIT "A" All of grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described property, as created by that certain 35.0 foot right of way for road purposes reserved in deed recorded in Volume 430, page 305, of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon: Beginning at a point 397.0 feet East and 75.0 feet North of the quarter section corner common to Sections 5 and 8 in Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 105.0 feet; thence East 347.12 feet; thence South 21°30' East 39.73 feet; thence South 35°30' East 83.57 feet; thence West 421.0 feet to the Point of Beginning. It is the grantor's intent to terminate only that easement for road right of way set forth above; that certain easement for sewer and water purposes in favor of the City of Ashland as set out in said deed shall remain in full force and effect. It is further the grantor's intent to correct that quitclaim deed given by grantor herein to grantee herein, recorded June 5, 1998 as No. 98-25594, of the Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon, by limiting the purpose for which said quitclaim deed was given to that purpose set forth above, and to limit the property described in said prior quitclaim deed to that property described above.
